UNDATED (CNN) -- There are new sex allegations against the late king of pop Michael Jackson.
Dancer and choreographer Wade Robson, 30, claims he was molested by the singer. Now, he wants Jackson's estate to pay.
During Jackson's 2005 child molestation trial Robson defended Jackson and denied in testimony the singer abused him. The lawyer for Jackson's estate calls the new allegations "outrageous and pathetic."
The deadline has long passed for creditors to file claims against Jackson's estate, but Robson is asking the probate court to allow him to file a late creditor's claim.
