RICHARDSON, Texas (HARDING) - Harding senior Portia Bell received the Wes Kittley Award as the Lone Star Conference's Outstanding Female Track Athlete as the conference released its outdoor postseason honors.

Bell, sophomore Ewa Zaborowska and senior Tiffany Chambers, earned All-Lone Star Conference honors. To earn all-conference status, athletes had to score at least 14 points or win an event at the LSC Championships.

Bell, a native of Pacoima, Calif., won both the 100 meters and 200 meters at the LSC Championship and ran on Harding's 4x100 meter relay that finished seventh and 4x400 meter relay that finished fourth. She accounted for 21.50 points.

Zaborowska, a native of Wejherowo, Poland, won the conference championship in the 1,500 meters and placed third in the 800 meters. Chambers, who hails from Rogers, Ark., won the conference pole vault championship. Zaborowska scored 16 points at the conference meet and Chambers scored 10.
