LITTLE ROCK,Ark.(KTHV) - A devastating tornado swept through Oklahoma on Monday, leveling many of the buildings in its path.

To help victims of the storm and with cleanup efforts, you can do the following:

Red Cross: Text REDCROSS to 90999 or make a donation online at www.redcross.org

Salvation Army of Oklahoma: Text GIVE to 80888 to make a $10 donation or mail donations to:

Pleasant Valley Church of Christ in Little Rock: Collection center set up on the east entrance of the building. Open 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. Items needed include: All paper goods, baby diapers, wet wipes, baby formula, bottles, pacifiers, cleaning products, deodorant, and more. No clothing needed.

Conway Animal Clinic: Accepting pet food/supplies and gently used items like clothing, housewares, etc. No furniture please. Accepting donations until Noon on Friday 5-24-13. No donations will be accepted AFTER this time. A truck will leave here at noon on Friday to head to Moore. We would appreciate your help!

Little Rock's First Baptist Church: Arkansas Baptist Convention organized a partnership with a local church in the stricken area. The effort is called Buckets of Love:

1. Get a five gallon bucket with lid
2. Put in (12) 16 oz bottles of water
3. 2 Flashlights with D size batteries
4. 4 hand/shop towels
5. 3 pairs of Cotton Work gloves
6.2 Toilet paper rolls (sealed in a gallon Ziploc bag)

Put these items in the five gallon bucket and secure with lid. We need the buckets delivered to the church in the pit area and we will take them to the Convention for immediate transport. We need them by noon on Friday---THIS Friday.
