NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - North Little Rock school officials say it's unfounded- but police are investigating.
Protestors outside Ridgeroad Middle School said the school district is covering up allegations that a student exposed himself to another student. The students reportedly told a resource officer the boy exposed himself to her in the hallway, pressing her against the wall and trying to kiss her, but she managed to get away.
Her mother, Aimee Bland-Phillips, said she wants answers.
"I feel she was sexually assaulted, and North Little Rock School District is denying the claim and I feel like more people should know what's going on," said Bland.
The resource officer said in the report that he overheard the alleged offender say, "Don't tell on me, baby girl." But when asked, the student denied being involved.
