NASHVILLE,TN (CBS/WTVF) -- The Johnny Cash Museum is holding its grand opening Friday but ahead of that big day, folks at the museum are throwing a preview party.
Johnny Cash's brother and sister will be on hand. Founder of the museum, Bill Miller, says the museum is the culmination of a lifelong dream. He says he collected everything relating to Johnny Cash that he could get his hands on.
Over the years, he and many of his friends and contributed to the collection. It includes many never before seen historical documents, letters, awards, costumes and instruments inside.
Among all the things in the museum you can find the handwritten manuscript to the last song ever written by Johnny Cash, just days before he died.
