UNDATED (CNN) -- The president of Kentucky Fried Chicken in Japan apparently couldn't pass up a "finger lickin' good" deal.

Masao Watanabe bought one of the trademark white suits worn by company founder "Colonel" Harland Sanders at an auction in Dallas Sunday.

Watanabe paid about $18,000 for the suit. According to KFC Japan, the total came to more than $21,000 with the bidding cost.

The suit was being sold along with an autographed portrait of Sanders.
