CONWAY, Ark. (ARKANSAS BUSINESS) - According to THV 11's partners at Arkansas Business, a Conway restaurant owner learned last week that he owes more than $30,000 for playing music from a licensed artist without paying royalties.

Mark Friedman with Arkansas Business wrote that Julio Nunez, owner of La Huerta Mexican Restaurant, must pay the fees for playing 12 copyrighted songs without paying for them.
