LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - For three sisters, getting treated to a pedicure, painted nails, and pampering at Envy Nails and Spa is a first. They've never experienced anything like it.

"No I haven't!" exclaimed Tori. "But, this feels so good. I love pedicures now!"

Tori is 11, and her sister Bethany is 12.

"It's happy," added Bethany, "because we don't get to see each other for two weeks."

The youngest, Elizabeth, 5, nods and smiles as she is asked if she enjoyed the treat, too. Her siblings call her "Lulu."

From silver sparkles to glitter blue and shiny pink, drying at the table with the funny light, to the warm water bubbling at the base of the teddy bear chairs -- all of it brings big smiles for foster children in desperate need of love and a forever home.

"It's really cool," Tori noted. "I just want a home where I can just be together with my sisters with a nice family."

"It's sad sometimes," Bethany added. "But, then you get to see how other people might treat you."

What's sad, she added, is now living apart after the state pulled them from their birth parents due to neglect.

"We didn't have a lot of food to eat and stuff," recalled Tori.

The sisters have been in state foster care two-and-a-half years. Bethany and Elizabeth live in one home, and Tori lives in a group facility.

"My sisters are my very best friends," Tori said. "My little sister is so hyper and stuff! She gets on my nerves sometimes, but it's okay. I love her for who she is."

Elizabeth said her favorite color is pink, and she likes princesses. Tori loves animals. Bethany loves singing and writing songs. In the nail salon, they are surrounded by lotions, oils and all the tools of the nail trade, bonded together with the same hope.

"I just want a place to call home," said Bethany. "Instead of being here, going there, staying here this many times. You know?"

"I just want me and my sisters to be together," explained Tori.

Special thanks to Envy Nail Spa and Lynn and Don, who attended to the girls' every need, including getting them coke and candy.
