SEARCY, Ar. (KTHV) - Searcy police have three people, an adult and two juveniles, in custody for the recent gun store burglary.

Darnell Trevon Waters, 30, and two male juveniles were arrested Thursday afternoon at an apartment at 204 S. Oak Street.

Waters is being held at the White County Detention Center and is charged with possession of a controlled substance (marijuana), and simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms. Waters is being held on a $100,000 bond and is awaiting a Sept. 3 court date.

One juvenile, 17,is charged with simultaneous possession and is being held at the Juvenile Detention Facility in Batesville. The second juvenile, 13,is being charges with commercial burglary, simultaneous possession, and theft of property and is also being held in Batesville.

All charges for all three suspects are felonies. Due to the age of the two juveniles, their names are not being released.

Detectives were able to recover seven of the stolen guns.
