CONWAY, Ark. (KTHV) - Conway police have found a stolen truck out of Pulaski County.

According to LaTresha Woodruff with the Conway Police Department, the truck was found in the woods earlier Thursday, and two suspects were taken into custody.

Davis said around 2:30 p.m., alicense plate reader had scanned a vehicle's tags as stolen. She said the officer tried to make a traffic stop, but the driver kept going, and the unit lost sight of it. Police were, however, able to get very clear photos of the truck and license plate.

Woodruff said the occupants were found sometime later walking, but police were still looking for the truck. She said, prior to being located,it was last seen leaving Conwaytraveling south on Sturgis Road in excess of 90 mph.

The driver could be charged with fleeing, theft by receiving, and reckless driving.
