NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - Lamanpalooza is a community celebration centered around reading and fun, and you know wherever there is fun involved, you're sure to find Craig. He was live tonight at Lamanpalooza in North Little Rock and helped with a great end-of-summer/back-to-school event.

The fourth annual Lamanpalooza event was held by the Laman Library Friday. There were numerous things to do for the kids including inflatables, train rides, caricatures by Jim Tindall, a balloon-maker on stilts, Wii and Playstation 3 video games, and a lot of family fun.

They were also entertained by musical guests Kemistri and Nicky Parish. McGruff the crime dog even made an appearance along with a 1,500 gallon aquarium from the Arkansas Game & Fish Commission, MEMS ambulance, Police Cruiser, and a Fire Truck for kids to explore.

Tail Waggin' Tutors, NLR Mayor's Youth Council, Keep NLR Beautiful, Partners for Pinnacle, ROCAN, Girl Scouts, Big Brothers, Big Sisters, Heifer International, and The North Little Rock School District were also available to talk about their programs.
