SALINE COUNTY, Ark. (KTHV) - The storms that moved through our area earlier Thursday caused some power outages.

A stretch along I-30 between Bryant and Alexander were the hardest hit. Entergy Arkansas said it could be 6 a.m. Friday before some parts of Saline County could have their power restored.

No power means no business for places like the Cracker Barrel in Bryant. Cook Teven Loving said it made closing up that much harder.

"We could serve. We had to clean in the dark. Everyone was sent home. We got time for our shift today, but we might not be able to work tomorrow," he said.

At 9 p.m., little more than 2,135 customers in Saline County still had no power, according to Entergy. Throughout the state, around 2,400 customers were without power.
