PINE BLUFF, Ark. (KTHV) - A gag order has been placed on the investigation into 107-year-old Monroe Isadore's death.

Circuit judge Berlin C. Jones issued the gag order, saying that special prosecuting attorney Jason Barrett and special deputy prosecuting attorney John McQuary requested the order in accordance with ACA § 16-43-212 and ACA § 16-85-504.

Any subpoenas and records in the investigation have now been sealed and unavailable to the public. Law enforcement officers not allowed to discuss, or released any other information concerning the incident.

Monroe was killed in a shoot out with police on Sept. 7 in Pine Bluff.
