LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) -- Pulaski Technical College found many students were having a difficult time reading, lowering the college's overall success rate.

Last November, the school changed its enrollment requirements making students pass a reading exam.

So Pulaski Tech and Literacy Action of Arkansas joined forces to create a free literacy program to improve adult reading scores.
