LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - Who knew that using the arts to teach all subjects in school, from math and science to history and geography might just be the prescription for school improvement?

Thursday night at the Clinton Library, the public has an opportunity to learn more. It's a special presentation of A+ Arkansas, the initiative facilitated by the Thea Foundation.

Paul Leopoulos, executive director of the foundation, will host the group of educators who'll come from all parts of the country to speak to the arts method of education. There are local success stories as well. This is the latest chapter in an on-going story that THV11 is following. Once again, it's free and open to the public Thursday night from 6:30 till 8:30

To register and let them know you're coming, go to: www.theafoundation.org/Aplus

This does count toward teacher improvement for all those educators looking to improve their academic standing.
