Anthony Michael from Cross Eyed Pig shares his recipes for a pork brine and glaze.

Pork Brine
- 2 quarts cold water
- 1/2 cup salt
- 1/4-1/2 cup brown sugar

Dissolve everything together, then have pork sit in it for 18 hours

Pork Glaze
- 1 cup Kraft BBQ
- 2 heaping tbsp. pepper jelly
- 1/4 cup brown sugar

Heat everything together, can be on stove or microwave.
