OSCEOLA, ARK. (Prosecuting Attorney Scott Ellington's Office) - A former Osceola High School teacher is accused of inappropriate sexual contact with three male students, Prosecuting Attorney Scott Ellington said after a Friday morning hearing in Osceola.

Circuit Judge Ralph Wilson Jr. found probable cause to charge Nicole Winberry, 28, of Paragould with four counts of first degree sexual assault, each class A felonies, punishable by 6-30 years in prison and a fine up to $15,000. Wilson ordered no contact between Winberry and the victims.

"The court set bond at $15,000," Ellington said. "Ms. Winberry will appear in circuit court at Osceola on January 31 for arraignment."

Winberry surrendered to state police investigators Thursday in Paragould after warrants were issued for her arrest. She is represented by attorney Bill Bristow of Jonesboro.
