LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - Many sportsmen won't be heading out to the woods this weekend; instead, they'll go to the Big Buck Classic.
The event rolls around once a year , bringing hunters to the state fairgrounds for a look at the latest in the world of big game hunting. The hunting expo has been around for 24 years, showcasing products for all different types of deer hunters.
One vendor at the event said the amount of foot traffic is great for business.
"I mean this amount of people, you know, tractors we're here to plant food plots for deer and things like that, that care of farms lawnmowers. They've got grass to cut as well, so it kind of goes along good with everything here that people are looking for," said Jason Eason with Hustler Turf Equipment.
The Big Buck Classic continues into Sunday with doors closing at 5 p.m.
