LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - Police haveidentified aman they believe shot and killed one man and injured two others.

Police say Omar Jerome Griffis, 23, drove up toa home on Allis Streetin a green Cadillac and started firing on the victims, who were standing outside. Police say Griffis fled the scene on foot after the shooting.

One of the victims, Richard Swain, was shot several times and was taken by a private car to the hospital, where he was treated and released.

The second victim, Brandon Reed, is still in the hospital; police say he is stable. The third victim,Terry London, 31, was found dead in the carport.

Police say two weapons were used in the shooting. One gun was reportedlyused by Griffis, and a second gun was used by a person at the home who had a permit to carry a concealed weapon. Although that person returned fire, they will not be charged.

A judge has issued a warrant for Griffis' arrest. Police consider him armed and dangerous.
