HOT SPRINGS, Ark. (KTHV) - Both Andrea Davis and her brother, Matt, appeared in court Friday morning on manslaughter charges. The two are charged in the 2012 shooting death of Maxwell "MaXx" Anderson.
Brian Clary, Saline County Deputy Prosecutor, said a judge entered Not Guilty please on each of their behalves during a video bond hearing. Matt Davis received a $25,000 bond and is scheduled to reappear in court on May 6; Andrea "Andi" Davis received a $75,000 bond and is next schedule to appear in court on April 8.
As of 1 p.m. Friday, both Andrea and Matt have bonded out of jail.
Anderson was found shot to death in front of Andrea's home on Ledgewood Drive in Hot Springs.

Andi Davis also made headlines in December 2013, when Attorney General Dustin McDaniel admitted to an inappropriate relationship with her, and dropped out of the 2014 gubernatorial race because of it. In a speech, he said he did not have any information about the Maxwell Anderson death investigation.
