FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (KFSM) - A woman who conned a Fayetteville man by pretending to be country music star Alison Krauss is back in jail.

Peggy Sue Evers was arrested on Tuesday night.

Police said Evers convinced a 75-year-old man she was Krauss and got him to sign his home over to her in 2013.

In January, she pleaded guilty to theft by deception.

According to the arrest warrant, she violated her probation by not returning the victim's vehicles within 60 days of that plea.

A judge also ordered her to pay $73,000 and sign the deed to his house back over to him.
