NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - Coming up next week, the North Little Rock police in cooperation with the U.S. Marshals service will offer a grace period.
The department said that beginning this Monday, they will allow anyone with non-violent misdemeanor warrants and non DWI traffic warrants to turn themselves in for a court date.
They say those who fit these requirements and turn themselves in will not be taken to jail on the charges.
The grace period will last from Monday April 28th to Friday May 23rd from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m.
