LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - The man accused of shooting and killing his brother Tuesday has turned himself in.

Lt. Sidney Allen with Little Rock police said the man accused turned himself in. Allen said he was read his Miranda rights and made a taped statement.

Allen said based on his statement and the statement of witnesses, the man was released without charges.

Allen goes on to say that the file has been sent to the Pulaski County Prosecuting Attorney's office for review to determine if the use of force was justified and if charges will be filed.

This comes from a shooting that occurred on Green Mountain Drive Tuesday. Keith Mosby was shot and later died of his injuries.
