MAUMELLE, Ark. (KTHV) - The Maumelle City Council may decide Monday night on a plan to build a new fire house.

A tax vote in 2012 set aside money to build a new station, but an earlier plan to build on a piece of public property drew backlash from residents. Two new privately-owned parcels are expected to be offered as options.
