LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - The music festival, Wakarusa kicks off this week.
Festival organizers along with local businesses are getting everything ready.
The festival brings in thousands of people each year, which means an increase of sales for local business owners.
One owner said his store is stocking up with extra supplies in preparation for the festival.
"Our business will triple over what it would be if Wakarusa weren't here for that four or five day period," said Brad Wimberly, owner of Turner Bend.
Wimberly said he expects the best flow of traffic the day the festival starts. It all gets underway this Wednesday.
