JEFFERSON COUNTY, Ark. (KTHV) - The Jefferson County Sheriff's Officer has released seven new FBI enhanced photos of Arkansas Department of Corrections escapee Timothy Buffington.

The photos give varied options of what he might look like now after three weeks of hair growth, access to a razor, and a possible clothing change. This the second time photos have been released of what he may look like with new growth.

The Arkansas Department of Corrections' Pine Bluff unit reported that Buffington walked away from work assignment on the evening of Sat., June 21. He was previously convicted of murder and was serving a 240-month sentence.

He is said to stand around 5 feet, 6 inches and weigh around 182 pounds; he also has a scar on his upper, left arm and his right wrist. If you encounter Buffington, please do not attempt to apprehend him. JCSO warned that he should be considered armed and dangerous.
