LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) – A truck crashed into the front of Arkansas Children's Hospital Saturday.
According to hospital spokesperson Ginny Hensley, the truck struck the Sturgis Building, which connects to the main hospital, around 3:30 p.m.
She confirmed that no patients or families had been injured in the crash, and the vehicle did not actually enter the building. The driver has been given treatment, but no one has given word on his current condition.
The part of the building that was damaged is being assessed by ACH Security and Facilities Department and LRPD.
