LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - Every other Saturday we team up with Steve Shuler's Little Rock Foodcast to introduce you to one of our unique foodie restaurants.
This morning we're highlighting a restaurant in the Riverdale area known for their Cajun style food. Zac David, general manager at the "The Faded Rose," joined THV11 Saturday morning for a preview on what you might find at the restaurant.
Zac is the son of owners Ed and Laurie David. The restaurant is the only Little Rock-area eatery that features a New Orleans native as owner, and the menu reflects that with a distinctly Cajun and Creole line-up of apps and entrees. The Faded Rose is celebrating its 32nd year on Rebsamen Park Road, and they're Open seven days a week.
