LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) – Saint Mark Baptist Church held its annual health fair Saturday. The fair offered a whole new line of health service, many of which were for children.

"We know a lot of people can benefit from these free services we're giving out because there's like $60 a physical, so if you have a family of 5, we're actually saving them a lot of money," said Ametra Baldwin, head of the church's health ministry.

This is the thirteenth year Saint Mark's has held this health fair. In addition to the physicals, they have free dental and vision screenings as well.
