LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) -- This past winter's extreme cold meant higher heating bills and now summer is almost here - which means high cooling bills. But there are ways you can save on utility bills with an energy audit.

Matt Bell with Home Energy RX shared more on "THV 11 This Morning".
