Friday, Star of India stopped by "THV 11 This Morning" shared their Restaurant Month special of 15% off a dinner entree (dine-in only) and to show off two of their signature dishes of chicken garlic and saag gosht (lamb spinach).

Saag Gosht (lamb spinach)

INGREDIENTS
- 2 tsp cream
- 1 cup finely shopped fresh coriander leaves
- 1/2 tsp of coriander powder
- 1 tsp fresh ginger
- 1 tsp fresh garlic
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 3-4 tbsps garam masala
- Boneless leg of lamb pieces
- fresh onions
- fresh cilantro
- fresh meethi leaves
- Tumric powder (haldi)
- Salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS
- Take the boneless leg of lamb and marinate with fresh garlic, ginger, Tumric powder, and all the spices, then add cream
- Cook with salt and pepper and cream until lamb is cooked well and spinach looks well done.
- Ready to serve to eat after the sauce is cooked well with lamb pieces and served with cilantro to garnish.


Chicken Garlic

INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup fresh yogurt
- 1 cup finely chopped fresh coriander leaves
- 1 tsp saffron
- 1 tsp fresh ginger
- 1 tsp fresh garlic
- 3-4 tbsp garam masala
- boneless chicken breast pieces
- fresh onions
- fresh cilantro
- fresh Meethi leaves
- Fresh diced tomatoes
- Green Cardamom
- Tumric powder (Haldi)
- Black Cardamom
- Salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS
- Take the boneless breast chicken and marinate with fresh garlic, ginger, Tumric powder, fresh yogurt and all spices
- Cook with fresh tomatoes, salt, pepper, and yogurt, stir until chicken is cooked
- Ready to serve to eat after the sauce is cooked well with chicken pieces and serve with cilantro as garnish.
