Swarming birds invade English village

Tens of thousands of birds invaded an English village, leaving families stuck indoors.

20,000 swarming birds from Scandinavia are causing problems for the people of Hereford, England.

Thanks to the birds, daily showers of bird muck are drenching cars, roofs and even people.

Residents said they have to use umbrellas to walk outside.

President Obama in "Funny or Die" sketch

President Obama made a rare appearance in a Funny or Die video.

If you don't already know, Funny or Die is a website full sketches starring some of the most famous comedians today like Will Ferrell, creator of the site.

In this video, President Obama is a guest on Zack Galifianakis' talk show called "Between two Ferns."

The nearly seven minute video includes everything from awkward silences to jabs about each other's basketball skills.

The real reason President Obama took part in the sketch was that he wanted to tell young people about health care.

McDonald's testing "build your own burger"

McDonald's could be making changes after more lackluster sales.

Sales fell 1.4 percent last month.

The fast food chain admits there's more competition in the industry and customers like variety, so McDonald's is introducing new prep tables that can hold more toppings and sauces.

Its testing out a concept where customers can 'build their own burger," choosing bread, cheese and other toppings.

New update for iPhone

Apple has released a new update for its mobile operating system.

iOS 7.1 packs in an assortment of bug fixes, improvements and new features, including some subtle changes to the overall interface.

The update includes the new carplay feature and a fix for the iPhone 5's fingerprint sensor.

It is the first major update to the iPhone, iPad and iPod touch operating system since iOS 7 was released in September 2013.
