LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) - Two candidates are running to fill an open Arkansas Supreme Court seat.

Maumelle attorney Tim Cullen and Appeals Court Judge Robin Wynne of Fordyce are on Tuesday's ballot, seeking to fill an opening created by Associate Justice Donald Corbin, who is leaving the high court.

Both candidates cite their experience as qualifications. Wynne emphasizes that he is serving his second term on the state Appeals Court. Cullen hasn't served as a judge but his practice is devoted to appellate law, which he says enables him to bring an important perspective to the court.

The race has drawn attention because a political group has bought TV ad time in support of Wynne.

Wynne says he's not involved in the ad that Cullen says portrays him unfairly.
