Caught on cam: Hot air balloon stalls mid-air

LAKE ST. CROIX BEACH, Minn. -- A hot air balloon carrying more than a dozen people on a sightseeing trip stalls in mid-air over the St. Croix River. Rescuers were able to tow the balloon to shore for a safe landing.
