LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — The Discover Arkansas team took a historic trip right in downtown Little Rock!
The Historic Arkansas Museum allows you to take a step back in time to what Little Rock looked like in its early days.
On the museum grounds, you can find the oldest building in Little Rock! It once served as a rum house and hotel. The Discover Arkansas team even toured the site print building where William Woodruff printed the Arkansas Gazette.
As if touring the historic sites wasn’t enough, the Historic Arkansas Museum allows you to interact with living historic characters. Learn and speak to the characters to truly get a feel for how Little Rock once lived.
If you are looking for a new art experience, their newer facility hosts permanent and rotating exhibits. One exhibit focuses on Arkansas Made and Arkansan art.
