Did you make a New Year's Resolution? Are you still sticking to it, 3 months later? Life coach Deana Williams has some tips to get you back on track.

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — Every Monday on The Vine, we talk to Transformational life coach Deana Williams, author of Get M.O.V.E.D: Mapping Out Victory Each Day.

She's answering three important questions you need to ask yourself.

How are you doing with your goals that you set earlier this year?
Progress, no progress are you stuck or do you feel accomplished? Be sure honest with self!  Do you need to re-evaluate and/or modify your goals? If so, do it.

Are you current goals and intentions still relevant? 
People change and so do our needs and wants. There are times when we have to do what we need to do instead of what we want to do. Don't be afraid of change.

Are you enjoying the journey?  
It is important to enjoy the journey so that you remain engaged and committed. Don't just be present, have a presence!  Your life deserves the best version of you!
