Change your lighting to improve your mood

If the lack of sunshine outside is giving you the blues, blogger Autumn Wolfenbarger says one simple solution can be changing your lightbulbs!

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — Fall may mean pumpkins patches and cooler weather, but for many of us it's not all sunshine! The time change can cause depression, also known as Seasonal Affective Disorder.

Blogger Autumn Wolfenbarger of The Passionate Homemaker has some simple ways to help improve your mood.

For example, she switched out all the lights in their house with ones that allow you to change the brightness.
