LITTLE ROCK, Arkansas — Since 2014, Arkansas artist Glenn Pollard has produced a series of waterfowl art prints exclusively for Arkansas Ducks Unlimited, the organization that raises money for wetlands conservation.
The latest print is made available to Ducks Unlimited supporters as part of the organization’s sponsor print program.
Pollard has a studio in Searcy. He provides fine art and custom framing.
Pollard began as a custom framer in local frame shops, where he honed his craft. He purchased his art studio in 2007.
The 2019 print is only available with a sponsor-level membership in Arkansas. There are 18x24 signed and numbered artist proof versions from previous years at the Pollard Studio or online.
He defines his artistic style as illustrative realism. “It’s mostly traditional realism, but I will push colors and contours for a more dramatic effect,” Pollard said.
