LITTLE ROCK, Arkansas — Rice Crispy treats are an easy staple if you aren't fond of traditional baking. Three Best Bakery's Suzanne Godbold showed us how to make heart-shaped treats for Valentine's Day. She suggested drizzling the dessert with chocolate or frosting to add a special touch.
