LITTLE ROCK, Arkansas — Transformational life coach Deana Williams joins us every Monday morning to start our week off with a little motivation. Here are her tips:
Fear of Failure: Sometimes we are afraid of failing. Failure is one of life’s greatest teachers. Failure is not an exit, so keep going.
Fear of Success: Limiting beliefs are unreal truths that make us feel like we are inadequate. This is a result of low self esteem and lack of self worth. We feel like we are not good enough.
Faith overrides Fear: Fear can only exist when we depend solely on self. Faith is when we trust in the power of God or a higher power. With faith, you are empowered and you are even willing to fail your way to success. Fear never leaves, faith just overshadows it.
"Allow your faith to be bigger than your fear," said Williams.
