LITTLE ROCK, Arkansas — If you've lost a loved one, you are not alone. There's now a weekend-long camp that uses recreation and therapy to help families move forward. Camp Healing Hearts is for Arkansas children ages 5 to 18 and their families who have lost a loved one and are coping with grief and bereavement.

Kaleidoscope Grief Center, which is a program of Methodist Family Health, is inviting families to Camp Aldersgate in Little Rock. The free camp starts 5 p.m. on Friday, May 17 and ends at 10 a.m. on Sunday, May 19. This camp is open to any family in Arkansas who is grieving a loss.
