LITTLE ROCK, Ark — Debbie Arnold shows us how to make festive peppermint drinks to help get us in the Christmas spirit.


Peppermint hot chocolate mix
- 1 cup cocoa regular cocoa powder
- ½ cup dark cocoa powder
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup finely crushed candy canes*


Peppermint mocha coffee creamer
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup water
- 1 ½ tablespoons unsweetened coca powder (dark or regular)
- ¾ teaspoon peppermint extract
- ½ teaspoon vanilla bean paste
- ¾ cup Half & Half milk or heavy cream/milk


Peppermint white hot cocoa
- 2 cups Half and Half
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- ¼ teaspoon peppermint extract
- 2/3 cup good quality white chocolate
- Prepared whipped cream, as garnish
- Candy canes, as garnish
