Our favorite way to celebrate Halloween, caught on tape!

AKRON, Ohio -- Today we take you inside one of the most incredible and terrifying haunted houses in the world. What happens when you put Deal hunter Matt Granite, meteorologist Greg Dee and an unsuspecting intern in two massively eerie haunted houses?

The experience was all captured on camera, and the reactions are priceless -- especially as we learned Ways to Save Intern Kody Beiswenger was legitimately scared beyond belief.

Frightening Facts

Haunted Schoolhouse: 3 floors. Opened in 1974. Inside former Thomastown Elementary School. Building constructed in 1921.

Haunted Laboratory: 4 floors. Opened in 1981. Inside former Guggenheim Airship Institute where actual aeronautical experiments took place. Features two 10-foot tall Tesla coils.

Both attractions feature more than 100 scares throughout 7 total floors.

At 43 years old, the Haunted Schoolhouse is one of the world’s longest-running Halloween attractions – and is the longest consecutive-running haunted house in America.
