LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) — Todd is a 2-year-old black Lab who is very skinny after living as a stray. He is slowly gaining weight. But he needs a family to feed his hunger for food, as well as for love.
He weighs 52 pounds but it doesn't look like much on his big frame.
Todd is also heartworm-positive and will need to undergo treatment if he is adopted. All costs for the treatment will be paid by the Friends of the Little Rock Animal Village Heartworm Fund upon adoption.
