LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - Until recently, Little Rock's homeless could go to a spot underneath the Broadway Bridge each night to receive free meals.

Construction to remove one of the Broadway Bridge's access ramps left anyone who came to get those meals with nowhere to go, until now. Little Rock Attorney Gary Holt is now offering his office's parking lot downtown to be the new location.

"Helping people whose life is in chaos is what I do for a living, and boy if there's anybody whose life is in chaos, it's the homeless. So, it was a no brainer," said Holt.

Now that there is a location to get the meals, Holt says churches and other organizations are needed to provide the food. Anyone interested in helping is asked to contact Holt at (501) 372-0266.
