Bart Lambert has been playing the lottery since 2009, but today, approximately 10 years later, he finally won $100,000 from a $5 instant-ticket game.
According to the release, Lambert purchased the ticket from J-Square Inc. Exxon on Dave Ward Drive in Conway yesterday, July 14.
Lambert said that he plans to pay his bills and have some fun with his winnings. Congrats, Bart!
