NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — The Arkansas National Guard has announced they are conducting a "prescribed burn" of about 450 acres of land on Camp Robinson in North Little Rock tomorrow, January 7.

The national guard warns that the smoke will be visible and most may linger for a while until it dissipates.

The burn is involving small, controllable areas of Camp Robinson in an effort to manage natural resources, benefit wildlife and reduce wildfire risks.
