LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — According to the FBI Little Rock, four juveniles were arrested for posting hoax threats against students at Sylvan Hills High School.

The arrests come after a specific and 'viable' threat was made against students and staff at Sylvan Hills High School that forced the Pulaski County Special School District to cancel classes Wednesday and Thursday.

The district says the threat came on a blog site and also through Reddit channels. It talked about "Bear Paw" road and a school that rhymes with "Silent Hills." It threatened mass violence and said people would not have time to prepare. It also described a particular person to be first.

The FBI is looking at filing state and federal charges against the juveniles. Law enforcement said the persecutor will amend those charges, but did not confirm what those charges would be.

It has not been confirmed if the juveniles are from Sherwood or if they go to Sylvan Hills High School.

A message posted on Twitter from the FBI is reminding any and all persons to not post hoax threats on social media.

FBI Little Rock will continue working with their partners from at the Sherwood Police Department and the Arkansas State Police to investigate all threats targeting Sylvan Hills High School.

Police are urging you to call 1-800-CALL-FBI if you have any information about threats made against Arkansas schools.
