CONWAY, Ark. — Human remains found along Stone Road in Conway have been identified as Derek Keller.
Keller hadn’t been heard from since 2015. He was reported missing in 2017.
Foul play is not suspected.
Conway police got a call Monday, Feb. 18 from someone who discovered a human skull while walking along Stone Road. Officers went out and found the skull just before dark.
The next morning, officers went to do a thorough search in the area during daylight and found more skeletal remains. Items found at the scene on Stone Road and a missing person’s report filed in 2017 lead detectives to connect the remains to Keller
