FORREST CITY, Ark. — A Forrest City police officer has been charged with sexual assault after being arrested by Arkansas State Police on Thursday.
22-year-old Justin Davis of Marianna is being charged with two counts of sexual assault, which is a 4th-degree felony.
According to reports, Davis was arrested after the Criminal Investigations Unit had been requested to look into allegations that he was involved in a "sexual relationship" with a 15-year-old female.
Davis is currently being held at the Cross County Detention Center and his bond has been set at $75,000.
